Linear filling machine

The filling machine is designed for automatic dosing and filling of liquid products into glass and polymer containers with subsequent closure with a screw cap or a press-on cap.

The filler performs work in the following order:

• feeds the container by conveyor belt to the filling zone; 
• cuts off the required amount of containers; 
• doses the product of the filling container; 
• fills the container with the required dose of product; 
• closes the container with a lid; 
• takes the filled containers by conveyor to the area of the distribution tray.

Line control in all areas of work is carried out with the help of programmable controller with information output on the touch screen control panel. The working bodies of the line are driven by pneumatic system.

Conveyor speed, as well as the capacity of the dosing and capping systems are adjustable.
