Vial stacking machine

The machine is a part of an automatic sterilisation line and is designed for stacking polymeric vials fed by a conveyor from a filling machine into cassettes.

The machine is equipped with its own controller, which provides general control of the stacking machine, monitoring and interconnection of its elements, as well as interaction of the machine with the general control system of the sterilisation line.

The vial stacking machine is completely similar in design to the stacking machine and operates in the reverse order.

Structurally, the stacking machine consists of the following elements (modules) mounted on a common base:

• a cassette lifter for collecting cassettes filled with vials into stacks
• cassette conveyor for supplying a single cassette to the stacking area
• stacking mechanism (manipulator)
• storage conveyor.
