It is used for the preparation of substance.

Features:

  • The reactor vessel is provided with spaces for mounting temperature sensors and a Dn15 clamp for connecting a sampler.
  • On the inner surface of the vessel, plates are mounted vertically on brackets to increase turbulence and improve mixing. 
  • The impellers are mounted on the shaft by means of a terminal clamp and are able to move along the shaft.
  • The agitator shaft seal is BSWB2 double face seal with ceramic ring. 
  • Viewing window with illumination.

  • AISI304 S 1.5-5.0 mm AISI304 steel, Ø80 mm pipe

Reactor vessel:

  • D-1000mm frame, cylindrical vertically arranged vessel;
  • elliptical bottom, Dn25 valve for product outlet.

Reactor lid:

  • elliptical shape, on the flange installed stirrer gearmotor with power - 4 kW and collector with installed rotary washing heads;
  • the lid with the reactor body is hermetically welded.
