V-shaped mixer

V-mixer is designed for mixing dry powder and granular materials in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, feed, ceramic, metallurgical and other industries.

Loading of raw materials is done manually or through a vacuum pump system. The mixer consists of a stainless hopper formed of two cylinders welded in a V-shape and a base where the motor is located. The particles of different materials will be constantly and repeatedly moved, accelerated and hit each other by centrifugal force.

The mixer is suitable for mixing homogeneous materials with good flowability, as well as for materials that need to be mixed within a short period of time. Due to the constant movement of materials in the hopper, the mixing process does not disturb their original shape. The mixer is ideal for mixing fragile granular materials.
