Мaterial sluices
The main task of a material gateway is to transfer objects and materials between isolated or partially isolated rooms.
A transfer gateway can be active or passive.
A passive transfer gateway is a gateway in which there is no air exchange.
An active transfer gateway is a gateway in which air is supplied through a HEPA filter and discharged to a room with a lower cleanliness class or to a common exhaust system.
The main task of the active transfer gateway is to ensure the possibility of transferring objects (materials) without contaminants and particles from a room with a lower cleanliness class to a room with a higher class. The transfer is carried out with guaranteed restoration of the air purity class inside the gateway.
Electromagnetic locks are installed in the doors of the gateway to prevent the simultaneous opening of both doors. In the event of a complete power outage, the doors remain locked.
How it works
After placing the goods in the reloading gateway, the doors are locked, the chamber is blown with air purified through a fine filter, thus removing particles from the surface of the objects and restoring high air purity in the gateway.
